How to Become a Top 50 Multicultural Brand

Top 50 Multicultural Brands – Eligibility & Evaluation Guide

The Top 50 Multicultural Brands recognition is open to companies of all sizes, sectors, and regions. Honorees are selected based on commitment, impact, and innovation in multicultural inclusion.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a U.S.-based or U.S.-operating company
  • Demonstrated DEI strategy integrated into brand and operations
  • Campaigns, content, or partnerships reflecting cultural diversity
  • Programs supporting workforce, supplier, or community diversity

Evaluation Categories

  1. Brand Storytelling – Inclusive advertising, campaigns, and brand identity
  2. Leadership & Workforce Diversity – Representation at all levels
  3. Supplier & Partner Diversity – Investment in diverse-owned businesses
  4. Social Impact – Community programs, giving, or advocacy efforts
  5. Cultural Competence – Internal education, cultural fluency, and adaptability

Submission Materials

  • 250–500 word summary of your brand’s multicultural strategy
  • Links to relevant campaigns, press, or DEI reports
  • Metrics, outcomes, or impact stories
  • Optional: Video testimonials or internal inclusion highlights
