The National Legal Diversity Week – NLDW is a premier national initiative dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession. By bringing together legal professionals, law firm leaders, corporate counsel, policymakers, and advocates, NLDW fosters collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and strategic action to create a more inclusive and representative legal industry. Through national programs, NLDW provides the tools, insights, and networks necessary to promote equitable opportunities, enhance cultural competency, and build leadership pipelines for underrepresented legal professionals.
