The National College Athletic Diversity & Inclusion Awards – NCADIA is a groundbreaking national initiative dedicated to celebrating and advancing equity, inclusion, and representation within collegiate athletics. NCADIA brings together athletic directors, coaches, athletes, DEI professionals, and higher education leaders to highlight inclusive practices and honor those leading the charge for change. Through recognition, dialogue, and action, NCADIA fosters more equitable athletic programs across campuses nationwide.

To recognize and elevate individuals and institutions championing diversity, inclusion, and equity in college athletics, while providing resources to foster inclusive athletic environments.
