The Legal Diversity & Inclusion Conference – LDIC is a national platform committed to transforming the legal industry by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across law firms, corporate legal departments, public sector agencies, and academic institutions. LDIC brings together attorneys, judges, law students, bar associations, and DEI advocates to share strategies, foster innovation, and build inclusive legal workplaces and communities. The conference provides the tools, dialogue, and connections needed to ensure fairness, access, and representation across the legal field.
