Latinx Pennsylvania – LXPA is a statewide initiative dedicated to empowering the Latinx community through advocacy, economic development, education, and cultural celebration. By bringing together leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and policymakers, LXPA fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing to drive progress in business, healthcare, civic engagement, and social justice. With a focus on equity, opportunity, and representation, LXPA works to strengthen the Latinx voice and create lasting change across Pennsylvania.

To uplift and empower Pennsylvania’s Latinx community by promoting economic growth, leadership development, and cultural pride while advocating for policies that drive meaningful social impact.

To build a future where Latinx individuals across Pennsylvania have equal access to opportunities, representation in leadership, and the resources needed to thrive in business, education, and civic life.

Training & Workshops

LXPA offers specialized training programs designed to equip Latinx professionals, business owners, and community leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive:

  • Entrepreneurship & Small Business Growth – Resources for launching, funding, and scaling Latinx-owned businesses.
  • Leadership Development & Civic Engagement – Training programs to increase Latinx representation in politics, nonprofits, and leadership roles.
  • Workforce Development & Career Advancement – Job readiness, professional networking, and skills training for Latinx workers.
  • Health & Wellness Equity – Addressing healthcare access and disparities in Latinx communities.
  • Education & College Readiness – Scholarships, mentorship programs, and resources for Latinx students and families.
  • On-Demand Cultural & Community Training – Self-paced courses on Latinx history, advocacy, and social justice.
