About

The Enforcement Diversity & Inclusion Council – EDIC is a national initiative dedicated to fostering equity, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership within the fields of law enforcement, public safety, corrections, and emergency services. EDIC connects officers, agency leaders, civil rights advocates, policymakers, and community stakeholders to promote justice, representation, and systemic accountability.

To advance inclusive practices, community trust, and equity-driven leadership in enforcement and public safety sectors.

Vision

To build safe, just, and inclusive communities through representative enforcement practices, equitable policy, and transparent leadership.
