The Racial & Social Justice Institute fights for racial justice and dismantles systemic barriers. They offer programs and resources to empower individuals and organizations to create a more equitable society. Through workshops, courses, and consulting services, RSJI equips participants with the knowledge and skills to challenge racism and build inclusive environments.

RSJI caters to a wide range of audiences. Individuals can learn about implicit bias and dismantling racism. Educators gain resources to integrate social justice principles into classrooms. Organizations receive help building inclusive workplaces and addressing racial inequities.

The HEPC program offers a comprehensive curriculum encompassing a wide range of topics critical to achieving health equity. Participants delve into social determinants of health, implicit bias in healthcare delivery, culturally responsive care models, and health policy strategies to address disparities. The program equips professionals with the tools to advocate for policy changes, build trust within diverse communities, and implement culturally sensitive practices that improve health outcomes for all populations.

The Racial & Social Justice Institute’s mission is to cultivate a more just and equitable society. Through educational programs, community engagement, and advocacy efforts, RSJI empowers individuals and organizations to become agents of change. They offer workshops, courses, and consulting services tackling issues like implicit bias and systemic barriers. Ultimately, RSJI strives to dismantle racism, foster intercultural understanding, and create a world where racial justice is a reality for all.

We are pleased to announce that we offer certification and training programs spanning three days, each available during the first three quarters of the year. Our focused and comprehensive sessions aim to provide valuable skills and expertise to individuals seeking professional development opportunities in this field. Certification

Racial & Social Justice Institute provides certification for professionals.

1) RSJ-Certified Professional – RSJ – CP:

Description: This certification signifies a solid grasp of racial and social justice (RSJ) principles. This entry-level program equips professionals to contribute to and support the development of impactful RSJ initiatives within their organizations. Earning the RSJ-CP demonstrates a commitment to social good and positions individuals for success in launching careers focused on racial and social justice.

Requirements: Requires no prior experience in integrity management. However, a strong foundation in ethics and a desire to contribute to building a culture of integrity are essential.

 
2) RSJ-Senior Certified Professional – RSJ – SCP:

Description: This certification signifies leadership in racial and social justice. This program equips experienced professionals with the skills to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful anti-racism training, facilitate dialogue on race, and champion systemic change within organizations and communities. Earning the RSJ-SCP positions you as a leader in driving racial and social justice initiatives.

Requirements: Demands extensive experience in leadership roles related to integrity management, a history of successful strategic contributions to organizational ethics, and may require advanced education and training.

These certifications provide a structured framework for professionals to showcase their expertise and commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity in their respective organizations. Obtaining the RSJ-SCP signifies an individual’s growth and mastery in the field of racial justice.
