Requirements: This entry-level certification is open to all and involves completing an approved training course or passing an exam. Earning the DEIJ-CP demonstrates your commitment to DEIJ and positions you to contribute to building more inclusive environments within organizations.

This certification provides a structured framework for professionals to showcase their expertise and commitment to upholding the highest standards of DEIJ in their respective organizations. Obtaining the DEIJ-CP signifies an individual’s growth and mastery in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ).
